What was missing wasn’t another enterprise system — it was clarity.

Instead of building heavy workflows or complex tooling, ProcuHelp focuses on the moments that matter: renewals, notice periods, costs and obligations. By structuring information and making timelines visible, teams can act earlier and avoid unnecessary surprises. The goal is simple: reduce manual work and help teams stay in control without adding overhead.

Built in Europe, with trust in mind
ProcuHelp was founded in 2025 in Rotterdam, the Netherlands, working closely with growing organisations that were struggling to keep control over contracts, licenses and vendor agreements as they scaled.
