ProcuHelp was created to solve a problem we kept seeing in growing organisations. Vendors in one place, contracts in another, spend nobody could see, and renewals that slipped through before anyone noticed. We built one platform to fix that.

Origin

Where ProcuHelp started

The idea for ProcuHelp came from watching procurement teams in growing companies struggle with the same thing. Not a lack of effort, but a lack of structure. Important information scattered across inboxes, shared drives and spreadsheets. Spend nobody had full visibility over. Supplier relationships managed through memory and email threads rather than a system anyone could trust.

What was missing was not another enterprise tool with a six-month implementation. It was a clear, connected platform that a small team could get up and running in minutes and actually use every day.

The thesis

The problem nobody talks about

Procurement is one of the most important functions in any organisation. It touches every supplier relationship, every contract, every software subscription, and a significant portion of the company’s total spend. Done well, it saves real money, reduces risk, and keeps the business running smoothly.

And yet procurement teams are consistently undervalued. Sales gets the credit when revenue comes in. Finance gets the credit when budgets are hit. Procurement quietly prevents the costly mistakes that nobody ever sees, because the whole point is that nothing goes wrong.

An auto-renewal caught before it locked in another year at the wrong price. A supplier invoice that did not match the contract terms. A software subscription where half the seats had not been used in months. These are not small wins. Over a year they add up to tens or hundreds of thousands of euros in savings that never appear on a dashboard, never get presented to the board, and never get attributed to the team that made them happen.

We built ProcuHelp partly to fix that. Not just to organise procurement data, but to make the value of good procurement visible.

The platform

What we built

ProcuHelp is a complete procurement platform covering vendor management, contract management, license tracking, spend analytics, purchase requests, savings tracking, task management, and AI-assisted reporting. Everything a procurement team needs to manage its supplier operation in one connected place.

When a renewal is caught three months early and renegotiated at a better rate, ProcuHelp logs that saving. When spend by vendor is reviewed and an anomaly is spotted, ProcuHelp flags it. When a purchase request comes in, gets approved, and converts into a contract, the entire trail is there. Visible, trackable, and reportable to anyone in the organisation who needs to see it.

For procurement teams, that means something important. It means being able to walk into a finance review and show exactly what you saved, what you prevented, and what you managed. It means having the data to make the case that procurement is not a cost centre but a value driver. It means being able to prove your worth, in numbers, to the people who decide where investment goes.

Our approach

Technology that supports decisions

We use AI to reduce the manual work of capturing and structuring procurement data. Contracts are summarised, key dates and obligations extracted, and risks surfaced automatically. The AI Assistant lets teams ask plain-language questions about their entire supplier operation and get immediate answers without digging through the platform. Technology should reduce effort and surface insight.

Decisions always remain with the people who understand the business.

The team

Built in Europe, with trust in mind

ProcuHelp was founded in 2025 in Rotterdam, the Netherlands. We are a small, focused team building deliberately and for the long term. EU-hosted infrastructure, GDPR-compliant from day one, and designed to be a platform procurement teams can rely on for years, not just quarters.

Our goal is not to build the biggest platform in procurement. It is to build the most useful one. One that makes procurement teams more effective, more visible, and more valued inside the organisations they work for.
